Service Providers

To run our business we rely on a limited number of third-party providers. Each one only receives the data it needs to perform its function, and they are contractually required to keep that data confidential and to use it solely for the service we contracted.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with advertising networks. The providers listed below are the only parties that process your information on our behalf.

Providers we use

• Shopify (store.fast3drenders.com) — operates our online store. Receives: name, email, address, order details and payment metadata. Shopify Privacy Policy.
• PayPal — processes card and PayPal payments. Receives: payment amount, payer email and transaction data. We do not store full card numbers. PayPal Privacy Statement.
• Banco BHD and Banco Popular — receive bank transfers and deposits for orders and installment plans. They receive: payer name, account reference and amount. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies and by Dominican banking regulation.
• Cloudflare — hosts this website and protects it. Receives: IP address, browser data, server logs and connection metadata. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
• Google — we use Gmail for business correspondence, YouTube to publish our portfolio videos, and Google services to measure and improve the visibility of the site. These services process the data you provide or the usage data generated when you visit the site, under Google's Privacy Policy.
• Zoho — provides our business email and the storage used for project files and delivery pages. Receives: name, email address, correspondence and the project files uploaded for delivery. Zoho Privacy Policy.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — used as a communication channel with clients. Receives: the phone number you use and the messages you send us. Meta Privacy Policy.
• Telecommunications operators — Claro and Altice — provide the phone lines, SMS and internet connectivity we use to contact clients and to operate our systems. They process the calls, messages and connection data that pass through their networks, under their own privacy policies and Dominican telecommunications regulation.
• Social networks — Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter) and Pinterest are used to publish our portfolio and to communicate with clients. Those platforms process the interactions you have with our profiles under their own privacy policies.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
• We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not use your project files, plans or references to train third-party models or for any purpose other than executing your order.
• We do not give providers access to your data beyond what their function requires.
