Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated: October 11, 2026

This page explains when the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information applies, how Fast 3D Renders handles it, and the steps you can take to exercise that right.

It is required by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and by similar state laws in the United States (for example Virginia, Colorado, Texas, Utah and Connecticut), which give residents the right to stop a business from selling or sharing their personal information for targeted advertising.

When does this right apply?

The right applies when a business sells or shares personal information:

  • Sale means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating a consumer's personal information to another business or a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.
  • Sharing means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, even if no money changes hands. This is the case with advertising pixels, ad tags and analytics tools used to build advertising profiles.

If a website does not use advertising or tracking technologies that send data to third parties for targeted ads, there is nothing to "sell" or "share", and the opt-out has no practical effect on that site.

What we do

Fast 3D Renders does not sell your personal information. We do not trade, rent or transfer the data you give us (name, email, phone, address, project files) to third parties for money or for advertising.

We do disclose limited data to the service providers we need to run the business: payment processors (PayPal and our bank), our hosting and file storage providers, and our e-commerce platform. These providers are contractually limited to using your data only to perform the service we hired them for.

Our main website (fast3drenders.com) does not load advertising pixels or third-party ad trackers. Our store (store.fast3drenders.com) runs on Shopify, which does use analytics and may use advertising technologies that can be considered "sharing" under the CPRA. If you buy or browse through the store, the opt-out options below apply there.

How to exercise your right

1. Contact us directly

Send a request to [email protected] with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information". Include your name, the email address associated with your account and the specific data you want us to stop sharing. We will respond within 45 days and may extend once by another 45 days with prior notice.

2. Opt out of interest-based advertising in your browser

If you want to stop the advertising networks themselves from using your browsing data, use the industry opt-out pages:

Please note that any opt out is specific to the browser you use. You may need to opt out on every browser that you use. The opt out will place a cookie on your computer that is unique to the browser you use to opt out. If you change browsers or delete the cookies saved by your browser, you will need to opt out again.

3. Opt out on your mobile device

Your mobile device may give you the ability to opt out of the use of information about the apps you use in order to serve you ads that are targeted to your interests:

  • "Opt out of Interest-Based Ads" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android devices
  • "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS devices

You can also stop the collection of location information from your mobile device by changing the preferences on your mobile device.

4. Enable Do Not Track

You can enable the "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting in your browser. Not all websites honor it, but it signals your preference not to be tracked across sites.

Minors

We do not sell the personal information of consumers we actually know are under 16 years of age. Consumers who opt in to the sale of personal information may opt out of future sales at any time through the contact method above.
