International transfers
Our company is based in the Dominican Republic, so data collected through this website may be transferred outside the UK. When we transfer personal data outside the UK, we rely on the UK government's transfer safeguards and require our service providers to apply equivalent levels of protection.
We only share data with the providers needed to run the business: our hosting and file storage provider, our e-commerce platform and our payment processors.
Retention
We keep project files available for download for one (1) year after final delivery, as described in our Delivery Policy. Order and accounting records are kept for the period required by law. Contact data is kept while the account is active or while a project is in progress.
Security
We use access controls, private download links and commercially accepted safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the ICO and affected users within 72 hours where required by the UK GDPR.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your personal data, you can contact us first at [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
