3D Rendering Service: What Is Included, How Long It Takes and How to Choose the Tier
What a 3D Rendering Service Includes
Hiring a 3D rendering service is not just ordering an image. It is a process with defined stages, and the price changes depending on the level of detail you contract.
The process, step by step
- Information intake: plans, photos, measurements or a description of the space.
- 3D modeling: if no model exists, it is built from scratch (2 to 4 days per model).
- Approved quote: work starts only after scope and deadline are confirmed.
- Texturing and lighting: materials, colors and atmosphere as specified.
- Rendering and post-production: delivery in 4K or HD depending on the tier.
- Revisions: decor, furniture, lighting, materials and textures, without changing the main geometry.
The three service tiers
For exteriors:
- Conceptual ($100 USD): 3 HD images, basic volumes, simple terrain.
- Standard ($250 USD): 3 4K images, facade detail, basic landscaping and PBR textures.
- High-End ($800 USD): 1 hero image with advanced post-production, 2 4K images, professional landscaping and integral design.
For interiors:
- Conceptual ($50 USD): 3 HD images, empty spaces.
- Standard ($120 USD): 3 4K images, furnished, built from the client's moodboard.
- High-End ($400 USD): hero image plus 2 4K images, custom-modeled furniture and integral design.
Real timelines
- Facades: 3 days if a model already exists, 5 days from scratch.
- Interiors: 3 to 5 days.
- Pools: 3 to 5 days.
- Animation and virtual tours: 5 to 10 days.
What you need to send to start
Drawings with measurements, photos of the space or the lot, a list of materials and style references. If you do not have a 3D model, that is not a problem: modeling is part of the service.
